Hon. Ismaila Maihanchi an aide to Taraba State governor is said to be all out looking for possible soft Landing to help his principal escape arrest and investigation by the EFCC.

Governor Darius Ishaku who is largely been criticize by even men of his own cabinet for under performance diversion of public funds is said to be on the watch list of the EFCC.

A source close to the governor disclosed that nothing will prevent the EFCC from arresting the governor as the atrocities committed is beyond redemption.

Another source close to the government house confirmed that the governor has already began seeking the help of powerful Nigerians to help him secure a soft Landing after his term in office

The source confirmed that Hon. Ismaila Maihanchi is the one the governor is using trying to penetrate the presidency and the EFCC to help negotiate the soft Landing for the governor.

“Many persons in Taraba have wondered what the closeness between Maihanchi and the governor is all about.”

“I tell you Maihanchi is the errand Boy Darius is using to penetrate powerful Nigerians to help him escape arrest”.he said.

Further investigation revealed that the governor seems to be very unpopular amongst his peers with so many claiming he was the worst thing that ever happened to Taraba state.

Recall that the governor sponsored a delegation of over 40 persons to Kenya recently for his daughter wedding.
